Cardiff Airparks Express offers you the magnificence and convenience of a meet and greet service. Park your car with Airparks as normal and, on your return you car will be delivered to you.
Directions:
Exit the M4 at J33 and follow the A4232 signposted for Barry and Cardiff Airport. Turn onto the A4050 at the roundabout and then follow the signposts to the airport. The Cardiff Airlodge is on the right, just before you reach the airport.
Transfers from airport:
Airparks is within easy reach of Cardiff Airport. Transfer shuttles operate to and from the Cardiff terminals every 15 minute, 24 hours a day.
Actual timings of transfers:
24 hour service operated regularly at peak times, otherwise on request. Takes a total of just 30 minutes for check-in and transfer procedures.
Security Measures:
Cardiff Airparks is protected by security fencing and floodlighting, with 24 hour patrols and operate CCTV cameras.
Arrival Procedure:
Report to the Airlodge hotel reception and check-in. After check in park your car in the arrivals area at the rear of the hotel. Hand in your printed email confirmation or quote your booking reference number and your car keys. Your car will be securely parked for you.
Departure Procedure:
Go through customs and call Airparks on the number provided. Your car will be delivered to you at the short stay car park outside the terminal building.
Number of spaces provided by Airparks Express is 1,500. This car park is open for service through out the year. Airparks Express offers a minimum stay of 1 day. Cars with trailers are permitted, provided two car Parking spaces must be booked. Mobile homes, lorries, caravans etc. are not at all permitted. There are no provisions for undercover parking. Airparks Drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. You will get assistance with luggage, car starting, valeting services.
• Airparks Services
Located on the access road to the airport. Transfers operate 24 hours a day on demand taking approximately 15 minutes. Holders of the Secure Parking Award from the Association of Chief Police Officers.
Transfers
Use the courtesy telephone to call Airparks for transfers to and from the airport.

• On-Airport Long Term Parking
Located within the airport boundary. Main car park is within walking distance; but transfer shuttles operate frequently taking just 5 minutes.

When bus is in operation transfers run every 5 minute taking around 2-5 minutes.

Arrival Procedure:
Take ticket on entry and park by yourself. Either walk or take shuttle bus to the airport.
Departure Procedure:
Drive to Last Chance to Pay spaces next to customer service kiosk. Present entry ticket & voucher in exchange for exit.
Facilities for Disabled:
Spaces available adjacent to exits, stepfree routes to terminal, kneeling facility and wheelchair anchors on bus.
This car park is open for service through out the year. Number of spaces provided is 2300, a minimum stay of one day is offered. Parking is at the owner’s own risk. No extra charge will be levied for trailers. No undercover parking facility. Re-start service is available.
